Returns Policy

 

If you're not 100% satisfied and pleased with your glasses you have received from us then, don’t worry. We offer a 7 day return policy through which you can get your entire money back.

 

You may contact us during our office hours with your queries and we will be happy to help you out. After business hours you can send us a mail at sales@idoglasses.com and we assure you that you will get a reply from us in 24 hours.

 

You may choose to return your prescription eyeglasses if it is damaged or not up to your liking. You have the option of exchanging it with a new pair or receive a refund. Following are the things that need to be kept in mind when returning a product.


 1. You have to let us know about returning a product within seven days after it has been dispatched to you. For varifocals the time line for return is 30 days. The returned glass should reach us with 14 days of our original dispatch.

 

2. You will receive a return authorization form from us which should accompany the returned products. The returned product should be in its original condition with unused warranty, accessories like cases and cleaning clothes.

 

3. You were not rightly advised about your prescription when buying the product or that the order you placed was inappropriate for you.

 

We recommend that you send the returned product via a service that has a tracking option. Idoglasses does not take responsibility for any loss of product on transit.

 

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
